Terms of Service - Elyndor

Welcome to Elyndor. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, digital programs, and products offered through elyndor.vip.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all interactions with Elyndor in connection with Executive Training and Business Coaching Services, digital programs and infoproducts, and physical merchandise.

2. Executive Training and Business Coaching Services

Our one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and bespoke training programs are delivered at The St. Regis Doha, West Bay, Diplomatic Area, PO Box 6938, Doha, Qatar or via secure online sessions. Session fees are due prior to commencement. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Participants may reschedule or request a refund as outlined in Section 6.

3. Digital Programs and Infoproducts

Digital courses, video modules, worksheets, and other educational materials are accessible through your account on elyndor.vip. Access is granted for the duration specified at purchase. Please ensure you meet system requirements before acquiring digital content.

4. Physical Products

Physical items such as books, training kits, and branded merchandise are available for purchase on elyndor.vip. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change. Orders are processed following payment confirmation.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments must be made via the methods listed on elyndor.vip. Access and delivery are enabled once payment is validated.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Extended Refund Policy:

• Executive Training and Business Coaching Services: Clients may request a refund or reschedule a session up to 14 days before the scheduled date without charge. Requests submitted between 7 and 13 days prior incur a 25% service charge. Requests within 6 days are not eligible for a refund due to the personalized nature of our preparation. All approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Sessions may be transferred to another date subject to coach availability.
• Digital Programs and Infoproducts: Purchases may be refunded within 7 days of initial access if fewer than 20% of content modules have been accessed. After this period or threshold, purchases are final. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days to the original payment method.
• Physical Products: Items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in original, unmarked condition. Buyer arranges shipment at own expense. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Note: Services explicitly labeled as “Non-refundable” on elyndor.vip are final sale due to custom preparation and scheduling logistics.

7. Changes to These Terms

Elyndor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services, digital programs, or products after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
